These Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all ticket purchases made through our ticketing website, https://railcarrevival.flicket.io, or any authorized vendor. By purchasing a ticket or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. General Terms
Railcar Revival is a live event experience. Tickets are sold exclusively through https://railcarrevival.flicket.io or authorized resellers. By accessing or using our platform and services, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have the express consent of a legal guardian.
- You have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when purchasing tickets.

2. All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Personal scheduling conflicts; Illness or injury; Inclement weather; Transportation issues; Lineup changes or substitutions; Event rescheduling. Please confirm all details before completing your purchase.

3. Rain or Shine Policy
Railcar Revival is a rain or shine event. The event will proceed as scheduled regardless of typical weather conditions. We encourage you to dress appropriately and plan accordingly. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related discomfort or inconvenience.

4. Event Changes and Cancellations
Railcar Revival reserves the right to:
- Modify or change the event schedule, lineup, venue, or timing at any time.
- Cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to force majeure or safety concerns.
In the rare event of a cancellation without a reschedule option, we may, at our sole discretion, offer credit for future events or a refund of the ticket cost.

5. Ticket Usage
By purchasing and holding a ticket, you agree to the following:
- Each ticket admits one (1) person unless otherwise stated.
- Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or duplicated for commercial purposes.
- Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources are invalid and may be denied entry. Railcar Revival is not responsible for refunds or any monetary considerations from an individual acquiring unauthorized tickets.
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.
Entry is not guaranteed if you do not comply with event rules or are deemed a security risk.

6. Rules of Conduct
By attending a Railcar Revival event, you agree to:
- Follow all posted signage, instructions from staff, and safety guidelines.
- Refrain from disruptive, aggressive, or illegal behavior.
- Not bring weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, or prohibited items into the venue. Please see RailcarRevival.com for a full list of prohibited items and policies.
- Respect the space, fellow attendees, performers, and staff.
We reserve the right to deny entry or eject any attendee without refund for violating event rules.

7. Platform Use & User Expectations
When using https://railcarrevival.flicket.io, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform.
- Attempt to collect or misuse other users’ data.
- Impersonate others or submit false information.
- Use the site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate Railcar Revival, a Railcar Revival employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content if we determine that you are in violation of these Terms.
Misuse of our platform may result in denial of service or legal action.
We will use the information you submit to process your order and provide you with customer support. This includes sending you emails about your account, ticket purchase or event details, and communication from event partners.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
You acknowledge that attending a live event involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury or illness (e.g., from large crowds or communicable diseases). By attending, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Railcar Revival and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, lost or stolen property, or other damages incurred at the event or while using our services.

9. Media Release
By entering the event, you grant Railcar Revival the right to use your image, likeness, and voice for promotional, commercial, or documentary purposes in any media, without compensation or further permission.
